Chris Smith of Kris Kross – “JUST DO U” Teaser Single

“JUST DO U” is the first release (teaser) from the forthcoming debut album by Chris Smith of Kris Kross, the multi-platinum rap duo. “JUST DO U”, is a fresh perspective of the daily life of the artist Smith, and his views on the current state of our culture and how he navigates through life. The song opens with the hook, the clarion call from the artist, Just Do U/Don’t stop/Just Do U/Hold it down/Just Do U/All day/Always/Just Do U. Smith’s opening verse without a doubt states “JUST DO U” is one of his life’s mottos, “I flow like all day, stay on the microphone/You always in some drama/I’m always in my zone.”

Smith wrote and produced the song, playing all instruments, including live bass. “JUST DO U”, the single, is released alongside a capsule collection of T-shirts and Sweatshirt, that feature the song title.
